After updating to the lastest update the app has started to hang or crash, kindly fix the following issue tested on an iPhone 6s.
Delayed deliveries, 3 times in a row. And false advertising: deliveries are only free if the minimum value is met. Which is basically every other delivery service.
Food was spilled. Customer service representative said to refund the amount within 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks and they still havent issued the refund.
With traffic problems congesting the city and making travel a burden eating out has become a hassle. Swiggy makes ordering in food convenient and painless. 10/10 would recommend.
Very frequent cancellation , they are leaving customer hungry during day and in the night. service is getting worse day by day. They are following tiny owl and leading towards same destination.
